Grouped data form

As part of Web-D-Zine( WDZ ) two powerful classes called CategoryHdr and CategoryDtl are supplied. These allow you to group a variety of additional data together, and can be used to seed selects, data lists, radio buttons or check boxes in forms as well as used for other applications.

Please Note: The categories 'NO_YES', 'ON_OFF' and 'TRUE_FALSE' are dealt with slightly differently when chosen to be a check box in that the false field is hidden and only the positive value is shown. If this field is required then the check box must be checked
