Highs and Lows

Giant bonfire outside Bangor, Northern Ireland

In Northern Ireland, huge bonfires are created in July to celebrate the 11th night, where they set fire to them at midnight to kick off the 12th July festivities. For me these bonfires reflect my own life in that July was a month of highs and lows, with thankfully more highs than lows.

Burnt earth, the day after the bonfire
  • I'm working less, which means I have more time for what I want to do.
  • So I have at least started back on Web-D-Zine after the longest time of funk going, I am not being consistent, but at least I have started
  • We have been out sailing, just the once but we have been out. For us sailing really resets the battery, which is an interesting point because when we dropped the anchor, we found out that our boat batteries were wrecked, so we have to replace them
So, now that I have started Web-D-Zine, my challenge for August is to be consistent and do something every day.
