As far as projects go, using the earth, as a lens in a telescope, is pretty huge. It's not the largest that people have dreamed about, because that would be using the sun, a black hole, or even a whole galaxy as a natural lens to bend light. But I love the idea that this project was conceived 13 years ago, and the narrator could see that his idea could be relegated to the waste heap of lost ambitions ( https://youtu.be/jgOTZe07eHA?t=1605 ). All of these ideas resonate with me, I help run a Sailing channel which is all about living in the moment, using your time to pursue your ambitions. Also Web-D-Zine ( WDZ ) was purchased 14 years ago, so in comparison to 13 is even longer. My only compensation is that the terrascope has a long way to go before the idea becomes a reality, but if I don't pursue WDZ now, then the waste heap of lost ambitions is where WDZ will go and that is something that I don't want to happen.
