Creating a simple to use maintenance system is what Web-D-Zine ( WDZ ) does best. With users varying in age from 14 to over 70, then the system needs to be simple. Currently the internal version of WDZ creates panels which contain all the information stored in a table. The programmer then chooses which information to show.

Great features

• Information in the panels can have different colours and can be bold depending on the information in the table
• Counts and sums can be created very simply
• Criteria can be set to determine what information can be deleted

Improvements to be made

• Panels are not mobile friendly as they are created in a table format, swoping to a list format will allow the panels to be useable on the phone
• Some features like email, telephone, sequencing and flags are used time and time again, so these need to be common features that are available
• What is displayed is governed by programming while I think another program could provide these
